ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator will run Adeptive Software’s inbound marketing program. This program will include acquiring, qualifying and segmenting new leads into digital marketing campaigns crafted to nurture them based on their specific needs until they are ready to be delivered to a salesperson and the sales processes.

ABOUT YOU

You are excited about the idea of generating engaging and consequential content that is pertinent to decision makers and influencers at companies within the title insurance industry as they consider ways to improve their businesses.

You’re comfortable developing original content, conducting interviews with staff, customers and industry leaders — whether for use in print, audio/podcasts or video.

 You have an eye for relevant industry news and developments and can leverage that information providing fresh perspective and insight for our own marketing purposes.

You have a natural interest in keeping up with developments in the digital/content marketing space and enjoy applying and testing these new ideas.

You thrive in a steady but continually evolving environment and derive true personal satisfaction by serving the company’s customers, the community and the team around you.

You are within a reasonable commute of our main office in Louisville, Colorado.

YOUR DUTIES
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our online properties (including blog posts, interviews, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Acquire and grow new leads by converting web site traffic through calls-to-actions, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through our website/blog, email, online advertising and social channels.

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually optimize our process to convert qualified prospects.
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing results and refine campaigns to optimize results

  • A natural capacity for learning and mastering digital marketing tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Can coordinate outside contractors or vendors in support of the marketing programs
IDEALLY YOU ALSO HAVE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
  • Practical experience with segmentation/personas/user journeys.

  • Marketing automation experience with tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua.

  • Knowledge of Escrow &Title Insurance industry.
