simPRO Software is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to be part of our rapidly growing, fast-paced US team.

The role:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an established, employee-friendly, global company with a US presence in Broomfield (Interlocken), Colorado that will grow exponentially across the United States in the next 12 to 18 months.

Working with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in: efficiently communicating with corporate marketing to develop localized content and materials; coordinating activities to support the sales team and drive lead generation; and execution support including, but not limited to, advertising, PR, website, conference exhibit coordination and sponsorship's.

This role is based at our Broomfield office and this position reports to the Director of Marketing, simPRO US.


Essential responsibilities and duties:

  • Coordinating the production of assets and managing timelines with the Marketing Director to ensure effectiveness across the overall goals of the marketing plan

  • Identifying and developing content for transactional and campaign emails as assigned, including the monthly newsletters; maintaining and updating email lists on a monthly basis

  • Manage logistics for confirmed events and trade shows including scheduling, registrations, briefs, booth and material delivery

  • Helping to identify, purchase and manage prospect contact lists for inside sales team

  • Regularly monitoring online presence to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate

  • Updating google event calendars and inviting/assigning BDMs

  • Responsible for ensuring a sound knowledge of simPRO solutions including participating in internal training sessions and activities to acquire knowledge where possible.


To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including solid editing and proofing skills.

  • Attention to detail and computer savvy

  • A “can-do” attitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing requirements.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

  • Comfort working within and contributing to a team as well as working independently when appropriate

  • Responsibility and reliability.

Desirable competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, communication or related field

  • 2+ years in a related role within a marketing department or marketing/PR agency

  • Experience coordinating various types of marketing projects including print and online advertising, print collateral, web, social media, conference marketing, promotional items, and lead generation programs

  • Ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign and Google Suite products preferred

  • CRM experience with Salesforce, Pardot and/or marketing automation software is a plus.
