We are looking for a creative and talented Marketing Associate to be based in our Denver, CO headquarters.  This full-time position will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing activities and projects including campaign development and execution, asset creation and project management to drive leads and revenue for the company. The successful candidate will assist in execution of the marketing plan for the company and individually manage delivery of marketing programs and campaigns. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.  This individual will temporarily report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the sales team and all sides of the organization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team with all targeted marketing programs and campaigns aligned with the marketing plan across all mediums and platforms (web, email, social, print, video, webinars, eBooks, etc.) to bring in qualified leads and move them down the funnel

• Play a role in the creative processes and execution of these strategies and activities

• Edit and optimize content to maximize customer conversion 

• Assist in the creation of all marketing collateral used by the sales team and work with the internal teams to update and create additional collateral as needed

• Ensure marketing processes and best practices are well documented

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients

• Stay up-to-date on the marketing trends and the competitive landscape, providing information to the teams as needed

• Support the launch of new service lines by partnering with internal teams and leading the development of marketing materials and sales collateral across a wide variety of mediums

• Analyze and report results of campaign performance (CTRs, Conversion Rates, CPA, etc.) and make recommendations to continuously improve and optimize campaigns and marketing spend

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate marketing-related activities 

• Prepare competitive analysis and update competitive intelligence presentations

• Research potential clients’ business needs and apply research to campaigns 

• Identify and gather industry information, using both quantitative and qualitative research. 

• Assist in the creation of special projects as assigned

Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

• 1-3+ years B2B marketing/advertising work experience

• Marketing degree preferred 

• Working knowledge of marketing tactics, techniques, automation, campaign planning, branding and programs/software

• Experience with common digital advertising platforms and techniques (Linkedin, Adroll, Adwords)

• Advanced communication, writing, and grammar skills 

• Experience with creating professional content and copy 

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Collaborative a and enthusiastic team player 

• Highly motivated self-starter 

• Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies

• Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight and overlapping timelines

• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities

• Experience preparing, analyzing and reporting on market and sales data is preferred

• Ability to work effectively both across the organization and independently
