As we continue our growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious team player to manage our market research programs. This is a huge area of focus for the company.

As our Market Research Manager, you will oversee all primary and secondary market research initiatives for HomeAdvisor, such as brand health trackers, audience insights, concept testing, etc. As a thought leader in consumer insights and market research, you will own all of HomeAdvisor's research efforts. This role requires cross-functional team leadership, and will have regular interaction with other marketing teams, brand managers, and executive leaders. You have the opportunity to shape marketing and business strategy for our company, and really have a direct impact on how our customers experience HomeAdvisor every day.

Day-to-day you will:
- Plan, oversee, and execute market research and consumer insight initiatives for the company.
- Monitor and report on performance, leading to the continuous improvement of our research methodologies.
- Present results and recommendations to senior level management on a regular basis.
- Work with other business departments including, copywriters, designers, developers, and business development.
- Work with and manage 3rd-party relationships.

What it takes to handle this position:
- BS/BA required
- 3+ years designing, fielding, and analyzing market research, and ideally will have played a similar role within a marketing organization, ad agency, or research firm.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and overcome obstacles.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills, and be extremely detail oriented.
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret in-depth analyses and uncover actionable insight.
- High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges.
