AUTOPAY is looking for a Manager, Loan Processing to supervise our auto loan funding department. The Manager of Loan Processing is responsible for managing the point of sale loan processing, and associate staff, in addition to assisting in the development of a standardized portfolio acquisition process and associated transition strategies for new business and existing customers.

 The essential functions of the job are:

• Understand and demonstrate the principles of AUTOPAY’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  
• Create business integration strategies.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with credit unions and banks.
  
• Implement new procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
  
• Provide fulfillment team with functional guidance; review loan applications for completeness.
  
• Correspond with credit unions to resolve questions regarding the status of loan applications.
  
• Plan and develop methods and procedures for carrying out activities of department.
  
• Implement and manage DocuSign for all credit unions.
  
• Prepare reports as required.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

The ideal candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and have a high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related field strongly preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience, including previous management experience in the auto finance industry, and familiarity with a variety of auto finance concepts, practices, and procedures required. Experience in marketing, finance and insurance a plus. Must be detailed-oriented, organized and professional.
