Convercent is looking for a highly energetic, intellectually curious and experienced Manager, FP&A to work closely with the CFO and Director, Finance and Accounting to drive the analytical insight and metric driven operating decisions across the organization.  To succeed you must be passionate about working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain financial and metric based reports and dashboards
  • Lead annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner across departments to deliver timely and insightful financial performance analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Analyze peer reports to provide GAAP and non-GAAP comparable analyses
  • Perform Excel- and query-based analyses of financial and client data
  • Interpret financial data and understand related business implications
  • Initiate and drive ad hoc queries which will enhance reporting and analysis
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and quarterly Board reporting
  • Use critical thinking skills to recognize opportunities, report on the financial impact of proposed actions and work with Leaders to develop business strategies

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required.
  • MBA, CMA or CPA is desirable
  • Multiple years of relevant finance experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Advanced quantitative, financial and analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Advanced financial modeling/Excel skills with ability to create and analyze complex spreadsheets and data applications
  • SQL experience desirable
  • Strong ability to distill and synthesize complex and disparate data
  • Commitment to working in a(n) entrepreneurial/"startup" environment
  • Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all level of staff, management, and Board of Directors
  • High level of intellectual curiosity
  • Commitment to working in a "startup" environment where resources and timelines are tight
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and Salesforce
