Born from a frustration with legacy Content Delivery Networks, section.io gives developers control over open-source tools in an easy-to-use interface. Leading websites including Mazda, ESPRIT, and Temple & Webster use section.io’s platform to deliver a better browsing experience to their visitors.
section.io was founded in Australia in 2012 and moved its headquarters to Boulder, CO in 2016. We are a group of 15+ individuals disrupting the Content Delivery space and are quickly growing with help from investors including TechStars Ventures.
section.io will be hiring technical talent over the next months and is searching for individuals who feel passionate about helping to build a disruptive platform and assist our customers. About You:
- You have engineering or networking experience within high-growth technology companies
- Minimum languages and tools: Javascript, nginx, any server side web framework
- Programming skills in at least one language (JavaScript, C++, Python, etc)
- Fundamentals and experience in networking, particularly TCP and HTTP
- Want to work in an Aussie meets Colorado culture (and help define what that means)
- Inherent problem-solver with desire to learn and take on responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience
- Ideally, you are located in the Boulder/Denver area or plan to relocate to it in the very near term.
