DevelopIntelligence provides high-end, highly-customized technical training and learning solutions to the software industry. We are growing like a weed and need someone to help us keep the delivery and operational tasks coordinated.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: setting up training sessions, creating and shipping student kits, scheduling meetings, coordinating delivery logistics, provisioning online accounts for students, collecting and aggregating evaluation results, data entry & various operational tasks & projects a needed.

Requirements

 

The successful candidate will be/have:

A proven track record of exceeding expectations in a similar position

• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to complete tasks with little supervision

• Highly detail oriented

• Extremely organized

• A positive, can-do attitude

• A very fast learner

• Adept at working with the internet, computers & software (Mac, Gmail, Salesforce)

• Ability to follow detailed directions and consistently give clients a "Wow" experience

• Desire to take on more responsibilities, as well as contribute ideas outside of defined position 

• A true team player that enjoys helping out with any task as needed

• Eager to contribute in a fast paced, small team environment with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Friendly, positive, sincere and energetic in personality

This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire position that will transition to a full time position  upon successful initial 3-month period. The logistics coordinator will report to the Director of Training and Operations.
