Position Details:

Out with the old, in with the new…CSG is working to migrate from Silverlight to AngularJS and as the Lead for our Web Development team you will drive this modernization effort.  

The Lead Web Developer is a critical role and will require a highly skilled individual who will bring in-depth experience to front-end technologies and write well designed, efficient code by using some of the best software development practices.   Our team offers an innovative solution that supports virtually all content types; commerce models, marketing promotions, partner management, financial management, reporting, and analytics.  This role is being hired to work on our SaaS Cloud based platform that we developed call Ascendon.

What your day will look like (most days)

• Develop critical components that make up products using modern web technologies
• Active participation in project and team design meetings
• Point of contact for technical expertise for team members
• Work effectively with client support and implementation consultants to resolve application issues
• Performing under minimal supervision on significantly complex assignments
• Mentor junior developers

To be considered for this game changer role, you have:

• 8 years of development experience with the most recent part of your career focused on front end modern web technologies
• At least 3 years experience with Angular JS
• Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and JS frameworks  
• Prior experience leading and mentoring teams of developers
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Since this role will be leading the web team we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and that enjoys mentoring junior developers
• Bachelors in Computer Science / Computer Engineering preferred or years of equivalent work experience in the field
