As a Jr. Marketing Associate on the team, you will support the strategy and own the distribution of our content marketing campaigns on multiple channels, including YouTube, Facebook, email, and our blog.
 
As our Jr. Marketing Associate, you will:
  • Manage the calendar for content marketing campaigns across multiple channels in collaboration with our creative, merchant, and editorial teams by scheduling and coordinating content that reflects Craftsy’s brand and drives engagement, growth, and revenue
  • Take the lead on YouTube operations, with responsibility for loading, tracking, and optimizing video content
  • Assist with content concepting and channel-level marketing strategy, in partnership with creative, production, and marketing teams
  • Use Excel to complete in-depth analyses so that you can continue to optimize the performance of our content and improve results with each campaign
  • Work with a talented team of digital marketers to tackle aggressive goals through digital marketing best practices, exceptional problem solving skills and flawless execution
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities
 
Your background and experience will likely include:
  • 4-year college degree
  • Up to 3 years of digital marketing experience with direct ownership in one or more channels
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions (we’ll have you show us these skills during the interview process!)
  • Unparalleled organization, prioritization and communication skills 
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Kenshoo, etc.
