We’re looking for a talented junior graphic designer to join our team and bring creative initiatives to life. You’ll be an integral part of the creative process! How does realizing ideas in beautiful, well-executed and impactful designs sound? We want our next team member to be versatile, collaborative and results-oriented, along with demonstrating the desire to learn and grow. This position will provide opportunities in photo direction, development of campaign ideas and growth in your strategic approach to projects.
In this role, you will...
- Conceptualize and visually communicate design directions
- Jump right in and work on all kinds of creative assets
- Innovate and produce new visual ideas
- Create assets for multiple channels including social and email
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of copywriters, marketers and analysts in marketing strategy development
- Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward
You may be perfect for this role if you...
- Have clean modern design principles with a strength in typography
- Have a strong portfolio featuring a variety of relevant examples
- Are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Present and explain design ideas, concepts and decisions effectively
- Prioritize and manage work to hit critical project timelines
- Know HTML and CSS, it’s a huge bonus
