• Dedicated learning: we will coordinate digital marketing training programs that will orient you to key digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, Email, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads). You will be expected to successfully complete programs as preparation for certification exams across relevant platforms or other assessments of your proficiency.
• Certifications: we will provide time and resources to support your successful completion of relevant certification programs
• Job Shadowing: we will assign you a buddy from our marketing team and will carve out time for you to observe, learn and apply your learning throughout the program so you’ll be ready to step in and own a channel at the conclusion of the program
