Job Description

Mobile Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable IT Systems Administrator to help people develop, use and integrate IT systems. In this role, you will take the hassle out of resolving technical problems and provide training to users to maximize the value and security of technology in our business. In addition, this role will be responsible for the overall help desk support of the entire office and remote users.

The ideal IT Systems Administrator must be knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Communication is everything in this role, so we expect you to amaze us with your presentation skills. We’re further looking for superior technical expertise and a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
  • Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
  • Support new technology implementation
  • Train users in new and existing IT systems
  • Aid with technical issues
  • Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
  • Produce reports

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as IT Support Technician 
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
  • Experience with various operating systems and databases
  • Experience in project management
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA, A+) is an asset
  • Experience with MDM/EMM solutions such as Airwatch, MobileIron, MaaS360, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, virtualization platforms and small business systems is required
  • Experience with Sophos security products is a plus
  • Experience with on-premise PBX systems is also a plus

Location

Our office is located on prime real estate, right next to Top Golf in Centennial. The office is easily accessible via RTD bus and rail transit system.
