You are an IT jack of all trades, bouncing with ease from issue to issue as you instill calm and confidence into those suffering at the hands of their own technology. 

From Google Apps to Adobe CC to Slack, these are some examples of some of the resources we use every day, so your emoji game had better be on point. IT support responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, inventory management, employee workstation management, technical onboarding, A/V setup, management, and maintenance, resource deployment, and applying new technologies as necessary. 

Skills Needed

• Extensive experience using and troubleshooting OS X and Windows operating systems
• Proficient in all MS Office Suite including O365
• Proficient understanding of IP networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless)
• Proficient in A/V systems and web conferencing software
• Familiarity with hardware / firmware / software layers and how each one informs the other two
• A desire to keep current with emerging technologies
• Strong interpersonal communication skills 
• Ability to learn on the fly and work with ambiguity
• Bonus: Interest or background in computer science/engineering
• Bonus: Proficiency with JAMF software and central Windows administration
