RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for employees, members, and students
- Create accounts for new hires
- Develop and enforce security best-practices
- Order and track hardware and software
- Evaluate and analyze integrations with 3rd party IT systems
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
MUST HAVES
- 5+ years of related experience
- Related experience may include but is not limited to: technical support, system administration, IT help desk, or network administration
- Strong OS X and Mac software and hardware troubleshooting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with network protocols
- Experience with Cisco switches and routers
BONUS
- Experience with Active Directory and related technologies
- Scripting skills in Python, Go, or Ruby
- Technical certifications
