As an IT Project Manager based in our Broomfield, Colorado office, you will work with colleagues worldwide. Your high energy level, drive and flexible approach will be beneficial in doing whatever it takes to manage high-level infrastructure project through the full lifecycle efficiently and profitably. This role requires up-to-date knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall and agile approaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT infrastructure project management foundation, coupled with the business acumen to understand and work with the varying functional areas. The IT Project Manager’s core responsibilities will be to lead and provide oversight on technical infrastructure projects from plan through implementation, including all phases of project lifecycles, driving project scope and schedule and ensuring milestones are achieved. As the link between the IT and Business heads, your excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure that you interact with team members with a high degree of professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Lead and provide oversight technical infrastructure projects from plan through    implementation, including all phases of project lifecycles
  • Create empirical and measurable milestones to ensure accurate project success
  • Interface with upper management in the project prioritization for IT; including status,  projections, progress, and strategic alignment
  • Establish project requirements, priorities, cost estimates and deadlines and effectively  communicate them throughout all project stakeholders and team members
  • Define project scope and delivers within cost and schedule
  • Provide analysis on project management process efficacy and accuracy
  • Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across projects and  programs
  • Manage daily Scrum, budget for assigned projects, monitor project progress and adjust, both  financial and labor, resources accordingly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk
  • Occasional travel required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of project management experience in technology
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Agile experience required, working with and implementing agile project management methodology
  • Experience with budget creation and tracking, including basic accounting  concepts
  • Demonstrated experience with project monitoring, and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Familiarity with GAAP framework and accounting concepts and practices
  • CAPM or PMP cert preferred but not required
