As a company scaling up,we are constantly improving on our systems and procedures.  We are looking for a passionate IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT department. The IT HelpDesk Technician will support our campus and company IT needs by interfacing directly with our internal employees, members and consultants across all of our campuses to solve their technology problems.
Our team is fast paced, dynamic and collaborative. For these reasons, we are seeking a Help Desk Technician who loves working in a collaborative environment and is hungry to scale and grow Galvanize. IT Help Desk Technicians will be measured by help desk ticket response times and internet up times.

About You
    • You genuinely want to help people be awesome at their jobs by getting the technology out of the way.
    • You have a collaborative spirit and don’t want to just hide in the IT room - which is good, because we don’t have one.
    • You’re able to say “I don’t know – let me get back to you” and won’t bluff your way into making things worse.
    • Communication is key in this role. You need to be able to speak and write in a manner that will convey your thoughts and actions to your audience.
    • We’re pretty much a Mac shop, but having a grasp of the 3 major OS’s & mobile devices will help you support our diverse members.
    • Ability to commute back and forth from the Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins Campuses
    • We wear many hats, and you should be comfortable doing the same.
    • Knowledge of the following is a must: Google Apps, Mac OS X, Windows,Computer, printer, AV, peripheral, network equipment troubleshooting, and cabling.
    • Experience with the following is a plus: Basic Networking Knowledge, WiFi, VOIP, Cisco Meraki administration, Dell SonicWall, Linux, JSS Casper, InfoSec, RADIUS, andLDAP.
