IT Desktop and Operations Technician:

Job Responsibilities:
· Deploy PC software fixes, patches, updates and upgrades across multiple platforms
· Interface with executive management and local office users on their desktop support needs
· Maintain and update the Asset Management System with accurate and detailed computer hardware information
· Request PC hardware inventory as needed
· Create and resolve Service Desk Request tickets
· Image and configure PC Desktops, PC Laptops and Mac Laptops according to tight schedules and limited lead times
· Install data center and office network and server equipment, including rack and stacks and installation of wired and wireless networks
Professional Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting laptops, PCs, peripherals and business critical applications for users in a large, multi-location, corporate environment via phone, remote control and desk side visits.
· Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, Apple Macs, MS Outlook/Exchange, MS Office 2013 and 2016, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
· Experience using enterprise remote-control software, software distribution tools and device management software.
· Experience supporting antivirus, endpoint protection, and hard drive encryption software.
· Experience maintaining and update users PC asset information through the implementation of critical device management policies.
· 1-2 years of direct Data Center experience is preferred
· Strong communicator, team player, collaborator, works well with autonomy
Training:
· 4-year college degree in a technical field
· CompTIA A+ Certification.
· Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA): Windows 7 or Windows 10
· Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)
