Cardinal Peak is seeking a talented, energetic iOS contractor with at least 4 years of experience.  You will collaborate directly with our partners, designers and developers to help connect consumers with the physical objects in their lives and homes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement high-quality, high-performance iOS applications using Swift and Objective C

• Explore, debug, and solve complex multi-hop networked device interactions (mobile to cloud to thing and back)

• Debug and troubleshoot behavior of hardware, network components, and back-end software that is being developed in conjunction with the apps

• Build and deploy test, ad-hoc, and app-store releases

Requirements:

• Experience with iOS native development - you have to be able to write, debug, and analyze code!

• Team-comfortable and individually capable – you love to go heads-down and burn up your user stories but enjoy collaborating with the team to define/refine upcoming requirements, ask questions and share information.

• Basic understanding of network (HTTP, TCP, UDP) protocols and communication and a willingness to apply tools to investigate and troubleshoot interactions across these layers.

• An inquisitive, flexible mindset - IoT is fast changing and growing technology and we need you to be able to embrace change and ambiguity at times.
