Inside Sales Representative

Position Description:
The Inside Sales Representative’s main focus will be prospecting and cultivating leads, with the goal being to schedule a demo for their senior counterparts. You will put together target account lists and will be responsible for landing and expanding within those companies.
An Inside Sales Representative should be a flexible, reliable, results-oriented, and highly competitive team player. You will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 1000 accounts and some of the largest most well known brands. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding expectations; will be a good listener and highly process driven.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify specific accounts, contacts, and opportunities for new customer acquisition
- Create and execute effective outreach campaigns averaging 150-200 calls/emails per week to prospect accounts to set appointments
- Accurately explain GutCheck value to clients
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding aggressive sales quotas and objectives
- Responsible for relationships with agencies, be able to give them sales demonstrations and host scoping calls
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or planned graduation in the next 3 months
- Desire to work in a fast-paced non-corporate setting
- Self-motivated and willing to take responsibility for growth and development
- A hunter sales mentality with a strong desire to develop skills and advance their sales career within the organization
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a large number of leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities in a CRM system quickly and accurately
- Very detail oriented and organized
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of B2B sales experience desired
- Understanding of marketing practices and basic market research techniques
- Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management system
