We are looking for our next rain maker.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving top of the funnel activity, qualifying inbound and outbound leads and closing deals. Everyday you’ll be working with hit songwriters, performing artists, and their managers. You must have the flexibility to work with temperamental artists and the finesse to handle their hard-charging managers.

You’ll work with an unbelievably broad range of people. One minute you’ll be talking to a songwriter who wrote the tracks you heard on the radio last week and the next you’ll be chatting with the head of a large independent record label. Most candidates will not succeed or thrive in this environment. But we hope you’re the one. Odds are against it though.

The person who we hire will be hungry, aggressive, and flexible. Sales experience is a must. We prefer someone with face to face selling experience. Nothing helps you learn quicker than being told no, in person. And you’ll need to demonstrate experience “hunting.” Someone who gets handed a set of accounts to babysit and upsell is NOT a good fit for this role. If you have a proven track record of generating new business -- then we want to talk to you.

Most of our sales happen on the phone. So if you’re not comfortable calling and closing, then this is not for you. But, we DO NOT cold call.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to...

Qualify inbound and outbound prospects
Create outbound campaigns using Sendbloom and PersistIQ
Document phone/email communications w/prospects in Hubspot CRM
Analyze and improve inbound marketing campaign
Develop new prospect sources
Create weekly reports on key metrics for exec team

Compensation
Base: $40k-$50k (depending on experience) + commission potential into 6-figures
