The Job: Inside Sales
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating appointments by prospecting and cold calling Real Estate Brokerages and Property Management companies. We are seeking an experienced, money-motivated individual who loves cold calling. You will specialize in identifying and scheduling new sales opportunities for Regional Account Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:
100+ outbound calls to prospective clients daily
Booking 4+ appointments daily for Regional Account Representatives
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
Manage, organize and update contact database
Maintains compliance with company policies, practices and procedures
Available for scheduled hours of Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pm
Skills/ Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience
1+ year(s) telemarketing sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Intermediate skills with Salesforce.com preferred
High attention to detail
Ability to exercise judgment and work independently
Ability to handle shifting priorities
Strongly demonstrated independent work ethic
