Description:
This is an inside sales position. Your role consists of managing a portfolio of existing channel partners (Managed Services Providers, or MSPs). Keeping your partners happy with eFolder is your main goal. You are truly passionate about creating lasting relationships with IT channel partners. You deeply understand that the success of your eFolder partners create the success of eFolder as a company. You have full “ownership” of your Book of Business, in this role. If you have channel DNA in you, and are a “farmer” at heart, this position if for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 250-300 eFolder channel partners, in a given geographical territory
  • Ensures that all needs of those partners are being met
  • Proactively reaches out to those partners for business planning and business reviews
  • Report weekly and monthly activities and results to upper management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years minimum of previous experience as a Channel Account Manager (CAM) / Partner Account Manager (PAM) working for a software and/or hardware vendor, and/or a Distributor
  • Need to have proven experience of managing a portfolio of 150+ partners
  • Having worked for a SaaS company is a plus
  • Having worked for a company like Datto, Axcient, Continuum, StorageCraft, Carbonite, Infrascale, etc. in a similar capacity would be a plus
  • Very solid knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Great familiarity with the IT channel
