We are looking for you to be instrumental in providing cloud strategy for compute resources and ensure best practices are utilized to provide efficient systems that can run in multiple types of environments. What does this all mean? We want the best and brightest ninja’s to be a part of our team!

Basic Qualifications

• Perform installation, configuration and management of our Windows and Linux infrastructure.

• Participate in on-call production support activities based upon documented support procedures.

• Proactively create procedures to prevent and reduce the severity of outages.

• Responsible for contributing to the development of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Streamline build processes and system maintenance utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Lead innovation of toolsets and processes including:

  • Product demos and objectively evaluate tools.

  • Summarizes the input and make cost conscience tool recommendations.

  • Improve existing processes and procedures.

  • Set up training classes and hack-a-thons with teams.

• Responsible for developing the organization by mentoring junior members and developing "how to" guides under the direction of the department manager.

• Pro-actively seek out on the job training from senior resources to increase both technical and professional skills.

• Recommend improvements to facilitate better management and monitoring of the environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate across the organization

• Coordinate activities with vendors as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
