HR Generalist
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Main POC in our Denver office for all things People related!
- HR administration. Manage day-to-day people operations, assist with employee HR questions and maintain integrity of employee personal data.
- Onboarding / offboarding and everything inbetween. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding as well as exit processes for departing Gusties.
- Benefits Administration. Coordinate benefits programs (i.e. health insurance, FSA/HSA, 401k, commuter, etc.) and collaborate with payroll administration on benefits deductions and accounting for the Denver office.
- Employee Relations. Support our Gusties on all employee relation matters, providing coaching, training and support as needed.
- Mobility support. Support immigration and relocation services in the SF office
- Special projects as needed (contractor conversions, policy creation, training, etc)
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience. You have 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Knowledge. You’ve earned a Bachelor’s degree and have your PHR or SHRM-CP
- Empathy. You care deeply about taking care of people and approach the role with a proactive, service-oriented mentality as well as with utmost discretion.
- Soft skills. You are great with people and people feel comfortable approaching you for help, while your strong communication skills leave nothing to doubt.
- Precision. You are process-oriented, metrics-driven and have uncanny attention to detail.
