Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of HR Associates
  • Serve as escalation point within the HR Recruiting Administration function
  • Subject matter expert on variety of Recruiting topics
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Acts as liaison with third party vendors
  • Ensure high-quality standards for all HR activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the HR organization.
  • Successfully administer key components of Arrow’s onboarding process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions Center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and Applicant Tracking System). Answer HR recruiting policy-related questions, provide guidance to managers, employees and candidates, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Educate managers, employees and candidates of services available to them and encourage self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS).
  • Execute critical HR initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee services.
  • Utilize Workday to process specific recruiting related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
  • Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries
  • Ensure processes and procedures are documented in standard process flow and standard operating procedure (SOP). Routinely reviews for updates.

Experience / Education

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred, or a closely related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Solid ability to handle confidential, sensitive and critical issues with demonstrated history of a commitment to ethics, honesty, integrity and credibility. 
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and job board postings preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong vendor calibration

Our offices are approximately 15 miles south of Downtown Denver. Employees enjoy the easy access to the light rail station and I-25.
