Inboxlab is looking to hire a Growth Strategist to join our growing team.

Inboxlab’s Growth Strategist will work directly with the Head of Growth on executing initiatives that drive new subscribers across all brands.

What you’ll be doing

• Concepting and implementing growth initiatives

• Integrating processes for tracking subscriber growth across channels

• Creating reports detailing success and failure of growth initiatives

• Communicating directly with the CEO on growth strategies, successes and failures

• Working across departments and learning from a team of entrepreneurs

• Having oversight on projects that impact on the organization’s success

• Assisting with general organizational operations, including project management and organizational planning

What you’ll need to bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, communication, or related field

• 2+ years of growth, marketing, or brand management experience

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to bootstrap growth initiatives

• Knowledge of emerging platforms and tools used to ‘growth hack’

• Expertise with social media platforms

• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to tackle assignments with acute attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfortability when multitasking on different assignments

• Must be extremely pro-active, aware of all current growth marking methods and always seeking new ways to attract subscribers
