The Graphic Designer is responsible for working with multiple Departments to deliver compelling offline and online graphic designs for various marketing efforts from conceptualization to completion. The primary responsibilities of the Graphic Designer position include:

 

1. Creating design concepts by studying and analyzing product or service definitions.  This includes analyzing user requirements and target market.
   
2. Creating original custom graphics, iconography, and photo manipulations.
   
3. Production of print collaterals (brochures, handouts, program ads, etc.), from concept to finished design, often working with an outside printer.
   
4. Production of web graphics for website, emails, social media, and internet display ads, etc.
   
5. Generate UI mockups from participation in brainstorming sessions.
   
6. Balance multiple projects with tight deadlines.  Work across disciplines and organizational boundaries to complete projects on schedule.​
   

 

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.  Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if appropriate
• 3+ years experience with print design
• 3+​ years experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• 2+ years experience designing for PowerPoint
• Proficient in both Windows and Mac environments
• Ability to adapt to and emulate many different styles of design with strict attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed
• Maintain agile mindset open to new ideas and concepts. 
• Interpersonal adaptability to be able to work effectively across a range of personalities/roles/departments.
