EMS Software is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer. Our next great Graphic Designer will possess a digital-first mentality and a deep understanding of graphic design and video editing. We will look to your artistic ability and creative problem-solving skills to design high-performing marketing materials. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of graphical and video content for (email campaigns, landing pages, social media, digital ads, blog posts, tradeshows, website, etc.).
• Adhere to brand strategy and style guidelines and deliver creative concepts on time, with minimal direction leveraging a wide range of media.
• Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for performance and usability.
• Continuously seek new inspiration on visual styles and trends and remain up-to-date on best practices.
• Clearly articulate concepts and creative solutions, both visually and verbally.

Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 years of experience editing video.
• 2 – 4 years of experience with graphic design.
• Experience with the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
• A portfolio demonstrating creative ability, an eye for layout and color, a diversity of style, and a mix of mediums.
• Clear and impactful written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with overlapping deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Experience designing for dynamic/responsive layouts.
