The General Manager, Enterprise Sales & Partnerships is responsible for growth and success of this business line for Galvanize to include go-to-market strategy, sales, product delivery, instructor development, and coordination with other teams in the organization. This role has full P&L responsibility for this business unit.

Strategic Operations
    • Develop and implement the operational plan to execute the Galvanize strategy in your area of responsibility and maximize the outcomes for your clients
    • Identify opportunities for improving and expanding the Galvanize strategy and work with the Galvanize executive team to develop and implement a plan to take advantage of those opportunities.
    • Serve as the face of Galvanize in your area of responsibility and develop your strategic communication and partnership plan to build upon Galvanize's reputation as a thought leader in driving digital and data transformation with talent and innovation.
  • Maximize revenues and minimizing costs to meet or exceed EBITDA budget.  
  • Prepare business unit budget and forecasts.  Explain all budget variances.  
  • Monitor collection of account receivables and payments of accounts payable. Monitor purchases to ensure they are within budget.
  • Full P&L responsibility and management
Must Haves
    • 7+ years of experience in managing, launching or scaling a business unit
    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership
    • Prior executive leadership experience
    • Prior P&L management experience and excellent knowledge of financial statements
    • Established Fortune 500 network
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Data driven
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work outside your comfort zone
