We’re looking for an organized and driven accounting professional to join our growing finance team at ProtectWise. The position will be located to our Corporate office in downtown Denver. The individual will report to our Controller and assist with day to day financial activities. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate, hardworking professional to join our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Expense reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis
- Prepare monthly Use Tax Returns
- Maintain Revenue, Prepaid and Fixed Asset schedules
- Month-end processes
- Assist with annual Audit
Desired:
- Three plus years’ previous work experience in accounting; BS or BA degree in accounting beneficial.
- Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications and aptitude to effectively learn company specific accounting and operation systems. Experience with NetSuite accounting software a plus.
- Understanding and application of US GAAP.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Adheres to the highest standards of ethical behavior when carrying out job responsibilities.
- Ability to work on more advanced projects with minimal detailed instruction.
