Job Description: 

 

This position reports directly to the Managing Partner of Operations and will work with an on-site front-end developer and graphic designers, as well as remote legacy developer and senior full-stack developer. The Tiber Group is committed to a culture based on respect, accountability, and a drive for self-improvement. Our team works with clients to offer a full menu of marketing solutions ranging from branding and identity to custom web development to media buying and everything in between. We are looking to add a Full-Stack Developer to our team in order to offer even more to our clients including full-application, database, API and system design builds. This position requires a person who enjoys a collaborative, flat-hierarchal team where each person is expected to communicate and complete their tasks without being checked on constantly. Skills & Qualifications: 

  • API Creation and RESTful services
  • MEAN and LAMP Stack
  • Data structures, algorithms, and system design
  • CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
  • Analytic frameworks like D3 and Tableau
  • HTML, JavaScript, Typescript, and CSS
  • JavaScript frameworks like Angular4, React/Redux
  • JS-based build tools like CommonJS, Gulp and Webpack
  • Database administration and management of a hosting environment
  • 1+ year professional experience building websites and web applications

Professional Character: 

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Continuously improved through feedback and self-education
  • Communicate and work well with team members in other departments of the company: designers, media buyers, admin, etc.
  • Able to prioritized time management and organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven
  • A curious and avid learner
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal situations
  • Care about high quality code and infrastructure
