Seeking passionate developers who want to work in an early-stage startup environment. Can you shift rapidly between high-level architectural discussions and fixing bugs to put out the latest fire? FinFolio is an exciting young startup that uses the latest technologies to create software for professional financial advisers.

We're seeking someone who wants to work in financial software development; a background in finance would be a plus but is not required. We are seeking long-term employees who will help us grow over a period of years. We expect you to learn our business and do more than write code. You will have exposure to management, helping us guide a group of offshore developers. 

Our development environment uses the Microsoft on the back end (C#, SQL) and React on the front end (Typescript and TSX). You will interact with other developers, members of the support team and our founder/CEO who also writes code. 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for capable developers with any level of experience from entry-level to senior developers. We'd like you to have some familiarity with the technologies in our stack so that you can be effective as soon as possible.

• Very strong knowledge in C#, SQL
• Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Would be a bonus to know React, Typescript, ASP.NET Web API, Powershell, or WPF
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent in work experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to write code 
• Server Administration or Network experience is a plus

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Please be aware that you will be asked to write code during the interview process. Above all else, we're looking for someone who is able to analyze a problem and write code to solve it.
