About our Engineering Team:

• We are a collaborative team looking to build out our next generation web application suite, data & analytics platform. Our existing platform doesn’t skip a beat (we processed over 147 Billion events in 2016). This role is not for the faint of heart!

Responsibilities

We are looking for smart, talented, energetic, and team oriented people who are passionate about building high quality software in a collaborative Agile environment. You should be highly motivated, be able to find your way through ambiguity and are self-driven. You are expected to tackle the hardest problems in the team and bring your knowledge and experience in pursuit of continuous excellence.

Solid understanding of front-end development with an expertise in JavaScript and the frameworks that help drive and innovate the User Experience. Have built Web based applications leveraging Restful services with JSON and XML payloads. Professional experience implementing SaaS web-based software applications that scale and handled high volume of users and transactions.

• 3+ years relevant work experience

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of front-end design implementation experience
• 3+ years of professional Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 development
• 2+ experience with Angular 1.x or other frameworks
• Experience with UI frameworks in general; Angular and Bootstrap experience is a plus
• In-depth understanding of browser differences and bugs
• Well-rounded experience building UI’s and API’s (integrating and/or building)
• Mobile-first implementation
• Responsive Design
• HTML5
• CSS3/LESS/SASS
• Agile Principles
• Exposure to automated, continuous deployment
• Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java, C++. Ruby, Python, PHP
• Experience with SQL and no-SQL (e.g., Cassandra) database technologies
• Understanding of secure coding concepts, common vulnerabilities and how to properly mitigate them
• A passion for usability and building awesome interfaces
