The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial aspects of the company and plays a key role in establishing the proper control environment, including the implementation of financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. This position directs, plans and manages the day-to-day, weekly and monthly accounting activities that are required to produce the monthly financial reports. This is currently an individual contributor role with opportunity for increased responsibility with company growth.

Required 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  2. 5 years’ experience managing the accounting function in a small to mid-sized software company
  3. Strong background in finance, budgeting, investing, and cash management
  4. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  5. Outstanding communication skills
  6. Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
  7. Proficiency with bookkeeping our accounting software
  8. Expertise in QuickBooks
Preferred
  1. CPA / MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  2. Concur administration
  3. Experience working at a small or early stage company
