Cloud Elements Field Marketing Intern
Location: Denver, CO @Industry | Part time (20 -30 hours/week)
Summary:
Cloud Elements is one of the fastest growing Colorado technology startups, focused on making one-to-many cloud API integrations easier for developers. We’re looking for a fast-paced, witty, quick-on-their-feet, resilient, and wicked smart Field Marketing intern who will help firsthand in the development and growth of Cloud Elements. This position is based in Denver at our awesome office on Brighton Boulevard.
The Specifics:
As a Cloud Elements intern, you will work directly with our Field Marketing Manager in support of events and conferences. You will perform conference research, order conference & trade show swag, coordinate shipments and deliveries, and help with managing leads and prospect data.
As events are a majority of our lead generation efforts, he/she will get to see first-hand how to optimize the buyers funnel and try out new tactics to increase conversion and engagement. We’re looking for someone that’s analytics-driven and creative.
Projects:
Research Events and Trade shows
Plan & attend local events (startup focused, meetups, hackathons, and happy hours)
Interview and write for the blog & social media content
Research and analyze event venues
Keep up with the Social Daily “checklist”
Own from start to finish sponsorship logistics
Manage, order, design new & creative marketing swag
Manage conference & trade show swag inventory
Coordinate event shipments and deliveries
Research opportunities for speaking opportunities
Data management (list cleanse & uploads) in Salesforce.com and HubSpot
Office administrative help (office supplies orders, office party planning & offsite meeting coordination)

Desired Education and Experience:
College degree in process or completed
A desire to work closely with sales in designing field events to get in front of prospects and customers
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be proficient in using Social media sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google +).
At minimum in-office 5 hours per working day with a maximum of 20 hours a week
Prior marketing experience desired
