Experience Coordinator Part-Time
An EC should have proven success in providing an excellent customer experience and continuing to develop customer relationships. EC’s positively represent the Galvanize brand and strive to fulfill company goals and values. EC’s are able to multitask to successfully manage logistics and interact with customers. They should be well versed in all aspects of event execution and take the lead at Galvanize events. An EC is seen as a leader amongst leaders.
- Welcome and greet guests
- Answer questions about Galvanize, Galvanize educational programs, and all related events
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs
- Assist with setup/breakdown
- Hold a clear understanding before the event of what the customer expects and may need and utilize creativity to respond to issues
- Support the customer during the event, act as their problem solver
- Provide feedback and improvements to management
- Become comfortable with building layout, understand where items of use are
- Acquire knowledge of Galvanize and the ability to speak to the benefits and capabilities
- Understand what Galvanize can offer to improve upon an event
- Communicate clearly and build a positive and trusting relationship
- Make adjustments and suggestions to clients as needed
- Help to secure future events because of positive interactions and successful execution
