HireEducation (www.hireedu.com) is an agile executive search firm founded in Boulder, CO in 2010 and we’re looking for our next GREAT Recruiter.

You have true passion and drive to build a career in Executive Recruiting. You have experience in a quota-bearing sales role and you know what KPIs are! You don’t think “cold calling” is a dirty word.

Also, you’re ready to put in the LONG hours - for as many months as it takes - to learn our industry, build out your network, meet your revenue targets, and reap the REWARDS. You’re ENTREPRENEURIAL in nature and are motivated by a company that allows you to ‘run your own business’ within our existing business.

General qualifications:

· 1-5 years recruiting experience (or transferable experience)

· 2+ years of sales experience

· Desire to constantly interact with people
