NextHealth Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support an energetic and fast-paced CEO and his team at a dynamic health care information technology later-stage start-up company located in downtown Denver.

This individual will provide strategic and administrative support, be a fantastic multitasker, willing to roll up their sleeves and support the company with a “can do” attitude and be a key extension of the CEO/Senior Leadership Teams.

Required

  1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent job experience (7+ years)
  2. 3-5 years supporting SVP and above (C-Suite preferred)
  3. Successful track record in a high-performance work environment
  4. Extreme multi-tasking experience
  5. Excellent attention to detail, organization, verbal, written and presentation skills
  6. Advanced software skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LinkedIn, courier services, and all major airlines
  7. Smart and adaptable with a self-assured and imperturbable nature
  8. Comfortable with ambiguity and change and uses initiative to navigate this
  9. Holds their own and is comfortable balancing challenging and pushing back with accommodating changing priorities
  10. Experience handling sensitive and confidential materials with absolute discretion
  11. Willingness and positivity to do what it takes

Preferred

  1. Early stage venture-backed company experience
  2. Ability to create and manage relationships with a variety of senior level executives
  3. Software skills: Salesforce.com, Concur Travel, DocuSign, OpenTable, social media platforms, WordPress/website design and maintenance
  4. Visa and consulate experience and international travel
  5. American Express experience (transaction reporting, Amex travel, and card management
  6. Corporate banking knowledge: Bank of America/Merrill Lynch/American Express
