Are you a fun, efficient, and relentless perfectionist who is a people person and generally unflappable? We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO. You will need to anticipate exec needs, cover their blind spots, secure backup plans, make things look seamless even if they’re not, and be always-on to match the pace of a rapid growth, fully-funded Series B start-up (and you’ll have equity to show for it).  

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive assistance to CEO and potentially other key leaders. Incudes managing and maintaining calendars, scheduling travel and accommodations, managing correspondence, expenses, and serving as the primary point of contact for all administrative needs.
• Schedule All Company Meetings that involve the exec team.
• Handle expenses in a timely manner.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality for any executive or Board-related issues.
• Take the initiative to anticipate problems before they arise.

• Must be a self starter.

• 1-3 years experience with C-level support
• Mac OS preferred; Strong Microsoft Office skills namely MS Excel, Powerpoint
• Digitally comfortable
• Effortless written and verbal communicator
