Enterprise Business Development Rep

Overview of position:
The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) will be a key new team member helping with our focus on Enterprise customers.They will help manage lead flow into Salesforce and to the Enterprise Solutions and Services reps. Supporting customer questions and ensuring timely response. Applying strong administration skills and helping to manage our Salesforce customer date.
What you will do:
Enterprise Lead and Case Management
Qualify incoming enterprise leads, permission requests, opportunities and pass to the correct Enterprise Solutions and Services Reps
Salesforce input of incoming leads from industry events, meetups and trade shows
Proactively address enterprise support cases from the Community Support Team
Enterprise Customer Communications
Enterprise Customer Support (Day to day questions, customer support calls, partners sync) and advice
Ensure that new enterprise leads are proactively contacted within 24 hours
Enterprise Customer Administration
Enterprise contracts management (initial, renewal)
Ensure documents are signed, filed and and attached to the right lead, contact and/or opportunity; support contract redline and amendment flow
Support processing sales orders
Administer Enterprise ELS/BPA On boarding and consumption
Perform regular reviews of enterprise customer courseware usage
Be part of the team working to refine the Renewals process
Enterprise Customer Salesforce Data Management
Ensure Salesforce has up to date Enterprise account owners to enable lead flow into those owners as new leads enter the system
Support Salesforce.com Enterprise data entry, data integrity
Preferred that the candidate has some SAFe knowledge (SA level) and/or agile practice.
Skills and experience that are important for the role:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of applicable experience
• Willingness to learn new technologies, self-motivated, and able to work independently and cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with managing Salesforce data and reporting
• Working understanding of Agile principles and practices
• SAFe Agilist certification a plus.

This position is located in our corporate headquarters and learning center in Boulder, CO.
