HomeAdvisor's Email Marketing team is looking for a summer intern who will work with our Email Marketing Manager to create personalized content, analyze results, and help grow our email marketing program. This is a huge area of focus and growth for our company.

As an intern, you will learn what it takes to build successful email marketing campaigns by using behavior data to send the right message at the right time. You'll get hands-on experience with an enterprise-level email service provider, Responsys, and exposure to broad marketing techniques like content creation, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and quality assurance. To be successful in email marketing, you will need a unique combination of strong creativity and analytical skills to take the email program to the next level.

What it takes to handle this position:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, and a desire to learn more about email marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Must have excellent written and communication skills, and be extremely detail oriented
- High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Basic knowledge and comfort working in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
