We are seeking a dynamic leader in our Denver HQ who will support the organization by driving sales productivity as we scale globally.

Simply put, we are looking for a leader that has the experience and confidence in enabling the sales team with innovative ideas, tried and true models, and a curious mind to help uncover hidden revenue as we grow to $50M+ in the next 2 years.

Beyond the core sales operations functions, the successful candidate will also bring strategic vision to the business, identifying new and innovative approaches to market coverage and sales productivity improvement while supplying an objective perspective and voice to the team.

Strategic deliverables take the form of recommendations on sales team structure, segmentation and coverage, business planning, prioritization, productivity/process improvement. Operationally, the focus will be on forecasting, tracking of business performance, analysis of trends, and formulation of meaningful and actionable recommendations.

Strategic Priorities:

  • Analyze the health of the business and present recommendations for strategic decision making and investment
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics, and craft plans to quickly address pronounced weaknesses

Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Sales Coverage Models: Geo modeling by State, Area/Zip Codes, Account Based, Industry Slicing, other methods for scaling revenue
  • Play a key role in the annual and long-range sales planning process
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, finance, etc. to develop integrated go-to-market strategies accelerating business growth in the core as well as new geographies, products and market segments.
  • Partner with the EVP of Sales , Directors, Managers and AE’s to identify, design and implement opportunities for sales productivity/process improvement
  • Build executive presentations (QBR’s, Board Decks, Monthly Reports, etc.) crafting the voice of Sales
  • Comfortable working closely with Executive level leaders
  • Strategic projects assigned by Sales Leadership or developed by the Sales Strategy Team

Qualifications:

  • Intellectually Curious and capable of implementing a hypothesis into action
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations
  • Proven track record of critical strategic thinking, especially creative strategies for rapid growth
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – ability to identify and implement controls to ensure accuracy
