Tap’s Director of Sales will be leading a talented team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives in redefining this market. If I had to boil it down: he/she will be responsible for forecasting perfection, driving predictable revenue, and scaling a fast growing team. The Sales Director will assist and guide the team in building territories, planning and driving revenue, adoption and market penetration in enterprise and mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a SaaS sales background that enables them to drive engagement at C Suite decision makers. You’ll be responsible for consulting with C-Level executives and helping them understand how Tap can create new efficiencies and impact the bottom line. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hyper growth SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization. We’re looking for sharp, energetic and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for leading a team of sellers who are driving business, managing strategic accounts, and meeting or exceeding quota goals and MBO’s.
  • Analyze sales stats and build strategies for accelerating sales
  • Attract and hire a high performing sales team
  • Ability to coach and develop sales individuals to accomplish the strategic objectives of the sales organization
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory business plan to drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting for a territory
  • Prepare, inspect and manage proposals, quotes and contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses
  • Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR’s and Account Executives as the company grows
  • Work with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape

Requirements:

  • 5+ year sales experience
  • 2+ years sales management experience (minimum)
  • Advanced Salesforce.com user
  • SaaS Sales experience preferred
  • History of achieving and exceeding quota targets
  • 4-year College Degree
  • Relentless work ethic
