Our growing Product team is looking to add a talented and experienced B2C Product Director with B2C mobile & web product management experience.  This role will serve as the general manager for our new technology platform which includes P&L ownership, product delivery, customer conversion and go-to-market strategies.

Initially, your duties will focus on increasing the profitability of several existing products and quickly expand to developing brand new products, based on feedback from customers and prospects. You must possess both business and technical savvy; B2C product management experience, a big picture vision, and have the passion and drive to make that vision a reality. You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, validating those requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with Development, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure revenue goals are met. You will also ensure that your products support the Company’s overall strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In conjunction with the VP of Product, define and develop the future road map for your assigned products – own the responsibility for attaining its goals and managing its budget and outcomes
  • Manage several product life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities as outlined by the Product Roadmap
  • Set expectations and goals for product delivery – proactively communicate these internally and gain buy-in, be proactive in identifying and resolving issues that might impair product delivery success.
  • Manage junior Product professional(s) to assume greater responsibilities and develop bench strength over time
  • Deliver MRDs (Marketing Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Enhance weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for your products and manage all requisite KPIs that are necessary for you to successfully execute on roadmaps
  • Run Beta and Pilot Programs with early stage products and samples
  • Lead by example – and collaborate closely with Development/Engineering and other internal functional departments to deliver maximum performance – collaborate as a true Team Player

ABOUT YOU:

  • 7+ years of B2C Product Management experience with extensive experience in multi-variant testing and voice of customer research
  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA degree preferred.
  • Strong technical background with experience with SaaS development environments. Excellent client and project management skills, proven ability to do hands on technical work, and ability to lead technical projects and technical teams
  • Prior history of successfully managing high growth mobile & web SaaS products
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Team Player – one who naturally embraces the meaning of teamwork
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 
  • Hands-on, able to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial, fast paced-environment
  • High energy, able to motivate and create a winning culture for cross functional teams that is fun to work in
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to assist with post-acquisition, integration activities
  • Ability to work full time inside our corporate headquarters in Denver, CO which is an open workspace environment.
