• Those same students can’t financially “work their way through college” anymore - working full time at minimum wage earns only $15K per year - far less than average college tuition.

• Despite record-high job openings, 46% of college grads get stuck in dead-end, low-wage jobs.

• And this generation is expected to hold 27 jobs in their lifetime, without a single company or union to guide them through that journey.

• As our founding Director of Engineering, you’ll not only get to drive our product strategy, but you’ll also get to help us build a great culture and recruit amazing talent onto your team.

• We’re building technology to support our Guild members as they move throughout their career. We need your help expanding our basic online offerings to give students a seamless online experience, as good, if not better, than the face-to-face programs we currently offer.

• You will actively participate in day-to-day development, architecture and project planning.

• You’ll have the platform to use your strong business and technical vision and translate that into business and technical solutions.

• A basic learning management system (LMS) and student information system (SIS)

• Tools to facilitate online coaching - video & messaging - and a progress dashboard

• Substantial integration with Saleforce, both for our own features and integrating with existing technologies built on Salesforce.

• Portfolio management tools - saving documents, projects, videos

• Data analytics and tracking tools to help scale our coaching model
