Do you want to work for one of the fastest growing cloud ethics and compliance companies? Convercent is building a world-class company that is leading the ethics and compliance market and we need you. We are currently seeking a Director of Demand Generation working out of our Denver, CO office.

Job Description:

Reporting to the CMO, this position is responsible for managing all demand generation efforts including inbound lead generation campaigns to create sales pipeline for Convercent. The candidate must have leadership experience in successfully leading Demand Generation teams. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team that develops and executes all lead generation programs which include:

remarketing, online advertising, customer campaigns, webinars, partner
marketing, content syndication, marketing automation, and marketing operations and management of Convercent.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the lead generation and ADR pipeline model to define overall lead generation and MI goals as well as defining and monitoring activity goals to ensure that ADR productivity is optimized for success.    
  • Establish the KPIs and dashboards for ongoing management and measurement to success.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the ADR efforts are aligned with the sales objectives and goals in each territory.        
  • Manage the lead generation organization to ensure that marketing programs produce a steady flow of leads to meet the established KPIs including pipeline creation.
  • Manage the creation and execution of strategic demand generation plans, which include webinars, email programs, nurturing campaigns, advertising, and content syndication to meet quarterly lead generation and sales opportunity pipeline goals, as well as recruitment for field marketing events.      
  • Work closely with the sales team to establish the process of lead qualification, acceptance, and ultimately opportunity pipeline creation. Create nurturing campaigns for sales opportunities in the funnel.
  • Create best-in-class marketing automation campaigns and processes using Marketo, Salesforce, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Develop campaign content that is story and benefit based and focused on customer pain points and/or critical business issues.
  • Define marketing & sales KPI’s and produce weekly campaign summaries (e.g., webinar registrants, campaign metrics, paid media performance metrics, net new leads, new orgs, CPA, conversion rates, etc.). Identify and initiate new campaigns and new opportunities for existing campaigns based on analysis of past performance.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience successfully managing a demand generation team is required.
  • Experience with outbound B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation programs with a successful track record of measurable results.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Marketo and of Salesforce.com
  • Experience in defining and tracking marketing and sales KPI’s.
  • Must be "hands on" but have the bandwidth that encompasses strategy definition through to program implementation
  • Excellent written and public presentation skills
  • Outstanding work ethic, results-oriented, and creative/innovative style
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business or related field.
