 PaySimple is seeking a strategic, yet execution-oriented
Digital Marketing Manager with strong writing skills to take our lead
nurturing and conversion campaigns to the next level. This role will
manage the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns,
conversion rate analysis, lead scoring, nurturing, cross-functional
alignment, and management & administration of the tools required to
complete these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage PaySimple’s
marketing automation programs.  Specifically, oversee Marketo from a
strategic and tactical perspective, including its integration with other
systems such Salesforce.com, predictive scoring solutions, data
enrichment sources and intent monitoring
•    Collaborate with the
top-of-funnel demand gen, content marketing, product marketing, and ADR
teams to build impactful high performance lead nurturing campaigns
•   
Develop email and landing page content that seamlessly integrates with
outbound  marketing communications for optimum campaign performance
•   
Optimize content and cadence, to achieve higher conversion rates and
drive more quality prospects into the ADR and sales pipelines.
•   
Monitor lead flow and associated attribution information from the
website through Marketo through Salesforce.com to ensure data integrity
and accuracy throughout the lead funnel
•    Work with Marketing and
Sales business owners to gather business requirements (scoring,
nurturing, routing) and incorporate into business systems (Marketo and
Salesforce)
•    Act as subject matter expert concerning email marketing and automation best practices

Position Skills & Requirements
•    Minimum five years B2B or B2C marketing experience
•    Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent expertise with at least two years of experience on the platform
•   
Demonstrable experience deploying and managing a marketing automation
process (campaigns, programs, nurture programs, lead scoring, routing,
best practices, and success/reporting metrics, etc.)
•    Ninja Excel skills, including pivot tables and insightful report building
•    Strong data analysis skills going beyond simply creating reports to making actionable decisions from the data
•    Excellent writing and editing skills
•    Requisite HTML and CSS coding capabilities, experience building and editing responsive email templates and landing pages
•    Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce (integrations, reporting, data management)
•    Account-Based Marketing tools and program experience a plus
•    Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
