What you'll do:

Billtrust is seeking a motivated and ambitious Desktop Support Intern to join our Service Delivery team, to provide day-to-day end-user support.  You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various hardware, software, peripherals and other devices in a dynamic, high-growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.

 

You should be tech savvy, ready to work hard, and have an ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing environment. You will have solid diagnostic and triaging skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of our organization. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to some of the fundamental aspects of desktop support, server environments, networking and production operations, while having the chance to leverage your strong academic knowledge.

  • Provide day-to-day support to end users on hardware, software, peripherals and other devices in an efficient and effective manner
  • Act as a point of contact with the responsibility of resolving support tickets and escalating issues as necessary
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate, timely and creative resolutions to end-user computer issues
  • Execute software updates, testing and common vulnerabilities and exposures
  • Track and review changes in a highly-dynamic environment
  • Research solutions to open issues, leveraging your knowledge in Windows O/S, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Linux and more
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to participate in the Summer Internship Program full-time, for approximately 12-15 weeks
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics or related field

Our Denver office is located just east of downtown, several miles from Denver Intl Airport. Our Boulder office is on Arapahoe Ave by Boulder Creek.
