We are looking for a passionate and talented Demand Generation Specialist to increase leads and deals through marketing efforts and impact the overall success of Velocity Global. This role will develop and deliver effective programs and campaigns to support overall marketing and sales initiatives related to lead generation and lead nurturing. To be successful in this role, you must be innovative and analytically driven through reporting and communicating results, success metrics and improvements. This individual will be responsible for bringing the strategy to life, leveraging insights and making informed, data-driven decisions. This individual will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and will work closely with all sides of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create compelling multi-channel lead generation, nurture marketing, and sales enablement programs by leveraging marketing automation, project management, CRM, and other necessary tools
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop engaging content, campaigns, and newsletters that drive inbound leads, engage our audience, and effectively move leads further down the funnel
• Responsible for defining, managing and tracking lifecycle stages and lead progression throughout the marketing and sales funnel
• Deliver and execute an end-to-end demand generation plan and measure and track results, A/B testing, and ROI
• Leverage inbound phone calls, emails and website inquiries to identify sales-ready leads
• Align closely with marketing and sales and deliver effective programs in a timely and consistent manner
• Track and communicate results, success metrics and improvements – know your impact on sales results
• Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign strategies and components as well as manage all aspects of the campaign process including messaging strategy, content, targeting, campaign set up and execution, testing, reporting
• Create and manage dynamic email campaigns and newsletters to engage our audience, and personalize the messaging
• Manage marketing automation platform and optimize automation tools for efficient and impactful nurturing of leads
• Understand and continuously learn about the customer’s behaviors, expectations and interactions
• Be a digital thought leader and evangelist for Velocity Global’s growing portfolio of employment service solutions
• Identify and create best-in-class, buyer-facing digital marketing and communications across all channels to align with business and marketing objectives
• Be responsible for bringing the strategy to life, leveraging buyer insights to inform digital marketing and communications across all channels
• Collaborate with partners and take responsibility for identifying opportunities to broaden and/or strengthen working relationships that drive greater demand generation effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 2-4 years in a demand generation role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
• Data and metrics driven; tracking leads, sales impact, responses etc.
• Experience with demand generation, marketing automation and email marketing
• Demonstrated ability to capture leads and move them through lifecycle stages quickly and efficiently
• “Thinker” and “doer” mentality
• Ability to align closely with sales and deliver effective programs in a timely and consistent manner
• Ability to measure and report on campaign performance to support overall marketing goals.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross functionally
• Must have excellent organizational and planning skills
• Posses a proactive, reliable and responsible attitude with pristine attention to detail
• Proven ability to operate both strategically, creatively and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; willingness to pitch in to help the team
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with marketing automation tools and workflows i.e. HubSpot, Marketo
• Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other marketing reporting software to extract insights from data that inform business decisions
• Experience developing and optimizing cost efficient lead acquisition programs
• Campaign analysis, measurement and reporting
• B2B experience a plus
